Petitioners seek bail in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 instituted for offences under sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and section 47(A)/57 Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 and section 30(A), 38(i)(ii)/47 Bihar Prohibition Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pettioners have no concern with the accused Lal Bahadur Sah @ Lalo Sah. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20394 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 antecedent and are in custody since 11.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017.
