This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is married nanad of the victim of dowry death. The parents of the husband of the victim have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1808 of 2017 on 25.01.2017. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
