JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 11-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant due to which the informant sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that vide para-27 of the case diary the injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65255 of 2021(3) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 report of the informant shows that injury nos.1 and 2 are simple in nature and injury nos.3 and 4 sustained on the left fibula and right scapula. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
