Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a petition under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. for discharge of accused persons was rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this case.

Accordingly, this case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners may have liberty to challenge the order rejecting the petition under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. m.p.
