JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is that she along with other accused persons has committed murder of father of informant under conspiracy.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. Petitioner is a lady. Except for suspicion there is no substantive evidence to suggest her implication in the present case.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51583 of 2016 (2) dt.02-12-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S.
