JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and submits that the deceased and her husband used to live separately and she had no concern with their day to day affair. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no direct allegation against her, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali Police station Case No. 217 of 2015.
