Petitioner is accused in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim, daughter of the informant, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., as contained in Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit, specifically stated that she married with one Chandan Kumar according to her sweet will in the temple. No one kidnapped her and her age has also been assessed by the Court about 19 years.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.12301 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S.
