JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 09-02-2018 Learned counsel for the appellant very fairly submits that in view of the ratio of the decision rendered by the Division Bench in Bihar Rajya Bhumi Vikas Bank Samiti V. the State of Bihar & others, reported in 2017 (1) PLJR 285, no intra court appeal shall lie against a decision rendered under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the said Division Bench decision, which places reliance on a large number of decisions even of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the present appeal is not maintainable and,
