The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Maner P.S. Case No.554 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 319, 385, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Paragraph 3 of the original petition and paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary affidavit discloses the cases pending against the petitioners.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19168 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 prayer for bail is rejected.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case. The court below will decide the case on its own merit. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
