2. The petitioner's case is that his father was working as Work Charged employee, who died in the year 2016. According to the petitioner, certain emoluments which the petitioner's deceased father was entitled to receive, was not paid to him.

3. It is not mentioned in the writ application as to the period when the petitioner's father had worked, for which, the entitlements could not be paid to him, nor there is any material to show that the petitioner ever approached the authorities for such payment.

4. In such circumstances, this application cannot be entertained and is, accordingly, dismissed.
