This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were found carrying minerals without payment of vat (value added tax). Petitioners are in custody since 29.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 482 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
