JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in trade of stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like
