This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65704 of 2021 by this Court, by which the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 28.06.2022 with certain conditions including condition no. (i) 'that the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only after framing of charge, if not already framed'. But till date charges have not been framed for want of case diary.

Having regard to the submission made on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62378 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 the petitioner, the condition no. (i) imposed regarding acceptance of the bail bond after framing of charge is waived and stands deleted from the conditions.

Accordingly, the order dated 28.06.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of.
