The petitioner seeks bail in East Colony P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-A)(1AA)(1-AC), 26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.12.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41329 of 2016 with a direction that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. The petitioner is in jail since 02.04.2016 and he has already remained in jail for more than 13 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Munger in East Colony P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016.
