2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 327, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on the exhortation of coaccused Hridyanand Pandey, this petitioner along with coaccused Shriram Pandey fired upon the informant.
4. It is submitted that though there is allegation of firing but no one sustained fire arms injury. Petitioner and informant are close agnates are on litigating terms due to dispute in respect of ancestral land. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55289 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 08.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30620 of 2022 (Annexure '2' to the petition).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P. S. Case No. 134 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
