The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 395 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 and 356 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that while the informant along with her niece Shimpi Kumari was standing near temple, petitioner snatched the locket of Shimpi Kumari. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He further submits that petitioner is a fisherman. He earns his livelihood from profession of fishing. No seizure list has been made showing the recovery of locket from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
