Informant, who happens to be wife of deceased, while was sleeping with the deceased at her Bathan where Shiv Kumar Yadav, Gorakh Yadav, Nanhki Yadav and Ramchandra Yadav came over motorcycle, entered inside the room, caught hold of the deceased, threw him on the ground, overpowered him and then appellant slit his neck which she corroborated in her further statement and is found further substantiated with the objective finding of the Investigating Officer.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
