The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3574C of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is charged with attempt to outrage the modesty of the complainant.

Mr. Bidhanesh Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the complaint submits that although the alleged incident is stated to have taken place on 08.10.2014, it took more than two months for the complainant to institute the complaint on 16.12.2014. He submits that the

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing, let the petitioner, namely, Sevak Das in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria and/or the court concerned in connection with Complaint Case No. 3574C of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
