Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the real miscreants fled away throwing the bag containing illicit liquor and for recovery of illicit wine petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22625 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017.
