The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Adarsh Thana Jamui P.S. Case No. 353 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324. 307, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R. against the petitioner no.1 there is allegation that he tried to give blow with pasuli on the neck of Ajit Kumar which was stopped by hand resulting, cut of finger and again he repeated causing injury on shoulder. Against the rests petitioners there is no specific allegation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21248 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 Submission is of false implication and that due to earlier dispute the occurrence has taken place. The injuries found on the person of Ajit Kumar are all simple in nature, no offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out against the petitioners, they have got no criminal antecedent and, as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner no.1 has used sharp cut weapon and three injuries have been found on the person of Ajit Kumar.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that injured Ajit Kumar Chaudhary has received simply injury and, as such, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Adarsh Than Jamui P.S. Case No. 353 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
