Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a), 38(i) (ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovered articles. He was only a traveller in the Bolero in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.01.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
