The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case No. 255 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while informant and his son were going to Chakai College for registration, on the way, three miscreants riding on motorcycle intercepted them and on the point of pistol looted key of bike, mobiles and cash of Rs. 10,000/- from possession of informant and his son. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that FIR was lodged against unknown. Name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case on the information supplied by the Spy. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Till date petitioner has not been put on test identification parade.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64339 of 2021(3) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 255 of 2020.
