The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Rail (G.R.P.) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, registered under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotics Substance (N.D.P.S.) Act, 1985, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Samastipur.
The accusation is of recovery of 13.1 K.G. Ganja from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.12.2016.
