The petitioner seeks bail in CBI Case No. RC 8A of 2014 (Spl Case No. 4/14), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 13(ii) read with 13(i) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was appointed on the post of "Gram Dak Seva" on the basis of forged certificate issued by Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Patna. The enquiry was conducted. From the enquiry, it transpired that some candidates including petitioner were appointed on the basis of fake educational certificates issued by the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Patna and other institutions.

No.50672 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was clerical error in the educational certificates of the petitioner wherein his father's name is not correct. Petitioner was selected on 23.6.2009. At the time of his selection, proper verification of document was done.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, CBI-II, Patna, in connection with in CBI Case No. RC 8A of 2014 (Spl Case No. 4/14), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
