Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2016 in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 54(3) of 1990/ G.R. No. 145A of 1990 registered under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is aged about 83 years. Neither the petitioner was not indulged in preparation of bombs nor anything incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last one year and seven months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
