This application raises a grievance that the order dated 03.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1294 of 2015 has been willfully breached/violated by the opposite parties. This Court quashed the engagement/appointment of respondent no. 6 as Social Member of the Juvenile Justice Board. From Annexure-3, it appears that respondent no. 6 has been restrained to function as the Female Member of the Juvenile

Patna High Court MJC No.637 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 Justice Board. It has been submitted that the opposite parties have not initiated step for fresh appointment, so the present contempt application is filed.

This was not the direction of the Court under the order dated 03.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1294 of 2015. The contempt application is dismissed.
