ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 The petitioner has filed a revision against the judgment and order of conviction passed by the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patnacity in Cr. Appeal No. 187/2010 by a judgment dated 11th December, 2012. It has been submitted that now he has made compromise with the informant. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 is present in the Court and supports the stand of the petitioner. Hence, the revision is allowed and the judgment and order of conviction passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patnacity on 26th July, 2010 and the judgement and appeal of the Cr. Appeal No. 187/2010 dated the 11th December, 2012 is hereby setaside. The revision stands allowed.
