The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For commanding and directing the respondents, particularly, Respondent nos. 2 and 3, to absolve this petitioner from the major penalty imposed upon the petitioner, in the light of the Judgment of 1st Class, Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, dated 24.05.2013 (ANNEXURE-2) and in consequence, quashing of Annexure-1 (Order of Superintendent, Special Central Jail, Bhagalpur date 05.05.2001) and to provide, thereafter, all consequential benefits, specifically, monetary, upon quashing of ANNEXURE-1."
