JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 By the order dated 08.12.2014, it was noticed by this Court that the petitioner was terminated long ago by the competent authority, but the order of termination was not brought on record. On request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for four weeks enabling him to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the order of termination as also other relevant materials. Despite indulgence granted by this Court by the aforesaid order dated 08.12.2014, supplementary affidavit has not been filed on behalf of the petitioner and the relevant materials have not been brought on record.

Learned AC to AAG-13 appearing on behalf of the respondent, by placing reliance on the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 to 5, has opposed the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner in the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.14555 of 2006 (3) dt.13-01-2015 writ petition.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Arvind/- U
