Patna High Court CWJC No.18928 of 2015 (4) dt.07-11-2017 2/3 Railways.
2. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking the following reliefs:
" That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents-concerned Authority to pay the retirement benefits to the petitioner with interest on entire due amount to the petitioner in following heads:
(i) Bonus from 2012 to 2013.
(ii) Payment of salary for 12 days (iii) Sum of Rs. 5196/- deducted in the name of over pay from deposited amount of Rs. 10,57,949/-.
(iv) Arrears due on account of revised pay scale payment of pension.
(v) Interest @ 12% p.a. on the entire due amount from the due date till its actual payment.
And any other relief/reliefs may be granted to the petitioner to which the petitioner may be found entitled in law."
3. In the counter affidavit, the details of head wise payment to the petitioner have been stated along with supporting documents. Copy of the same was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 01.08.2017, but there is neither any rejoinder to the same nor learned counsel for the petitioner is in a position to controvert the averments made in the counter affidavit.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the Court can safely
