2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons have committed murder of the nephew of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Though, the parties are pattidar and there is land dispute between them due to which

There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Nand Babu Singh has been granted regular bail vide order dated 08.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81348 of 2023. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023.
