The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6435 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 27.05.2015, the said child was not recovered from the house of the petitioner and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the main accused.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, considering the period of detention, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within
