Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the grievance before the Divisional Commissioner. In case the petitioner files representation/revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
