2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Darbhanga vide order dated 19.06.2024 in A.B.P. No. 512 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1343 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
