The petitioner seeks bail in Piro P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been arrested by the Police merely on suspicion and thereafter, Police recorded his confessional statement.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
