The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the nine accused persons including the petitioners started abusing the informant and on protest being made all assaulted the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54626 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 by lathi and iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of assault is against nine persons when the informant has received two sharp cutting injury and one lacerated would simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. There is a counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur (Manjhaul) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
