In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 326, 326A, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that all the accused persons including the petitioner have in furtherance of commission of crime, poured K. oil and lit the victim causing burn injury to victim girl. She was brought to Katoria Hospital for treatment from where, she was referred to Mayaganj Hospital. The victim girl succumbed to the injury.

Looking into nature of allegation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
