The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 2 litres of country made liquor from a motorcycle and one person was apprehended who disclosed his name as Pravin Kumar @ Laddu. The petitioner is owner of the seized motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The apprehended accused Pravin Kumar @ Laddu is the full brother of the petitioner and he has taken his motorcycle for making marketing for the purpose of purchase of articles of pooja. The petitioner has no concern with the seized recovered illicit liquor. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one.

Considering the meager quantity of recovered liquor, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, II, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari(Kasar O.P) P.S.
