The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 286 of 2019 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case 397 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information from his brother Ravi Raushan Kumar that his mother was killed by some unknown persons last night. The informant came to his house and found his mother lying dead on the bed.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. He is in custody since 18.2.2019. The Police has remanded the petitioner from Hilsa

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50184 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 and, thereafter, recorded his confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Sessions Trial No. 286 of 2019 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case 397 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
