JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.3.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 7204 of 2017. However, the ground for filing this application is that another co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. On merit, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected in March, 2017 and after about one year he has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail showing conduct of the petitioner, which goes against him and as there is no fresh ground except co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, which is again rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and pray for regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6592 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
