This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected vide order dated 09.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 52364 of 2021.

From perusal of the pleadings made in the bail application it would manifest that the bail application does not even remotely record as to what happened after 09.02.2022 rather the pleadings are vague. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2021 and is the husband of the deceased as such the Court for the present is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. His prayer for bail is thus rejected.
