The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. case No. 94 of 2016 under Section 25(1-b) a/ 26 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with some live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 11 months. Similarly situated accused Devanand @ Chandu has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54975 of 2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
