Heard both sides.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No.226 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Md. Sahjad, the informant, named the petitioners, seven in numbers, and alleged that they having armed with different weapons came and began to indiscriminately assault the informant. The informant got injuries on his head and cut injury on arm. On alarm, many other persons came and saved

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Teghra p.S. Case No.225 of 2019. It is further submitted that informant got two injuries, one is abrasion on left forearm and another is lacerated wound on right parital region of skull. Both the injuries are caused by hard and blunt object and simple in nature. The allegation of assault by sharp edge weapon is falsified.
Taking into consideration the fact that there is a case and counter case and the informant got two superficial and simple injuries, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.226 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
