JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that he managed to escape from the place of occurrence. The name of petitioner appears to have been disclosed by the apprehended accused persons just after their arrest. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner. Accordingly, the
