Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is accused in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 228 of 2004 registered under Sections 302 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case by order dated 30.03.2017. Copy of the aforesaid order has been annexed with the supplementary affidavit filed today. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.02.2017.
