JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4 as also the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the intervenors, who has filed I.A.No.6268 of 2013 for impleadment as party respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 45-B of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 before the prescribed authority after impleading all the necessary parties including the original land holder(s) and the parcha holder(s), if any, for reopening of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15409 of 2013 (10) dt.21-10-2016 original land ceiling case and for grant of an appropriate relief to the petitioners with respect to the lands purchased by them. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. I.A.No.6268 of 2013 also stands accordingly disposed of.
