In compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.03.2022 passed in CWJC No. 17835 of 2021, the Opposite Party i.e. the Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation has already paid a

Patna High Court MJC No.1842 of 2022(4) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 sum of Rs.2,88,280.64/- to the petitioner herein which is not disputed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for the purposes of claiming interest. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
