The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kawakole (Rupao) P.S. Case No. 78/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379, 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his children and the children of the petitioner quarreled with each other. It is further alleged that petitioner and others came and assaulted the informant and his family members and took away different articles. It is submitted that on account of assault made by the petitioner the informant got simple injury on his head. The occurrence took place due to quarreling of the children of both the family members.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46816 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada connection with Kawakole (Rupao) P.S. Case No. 78/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
