JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion as well as in the first paragraph of the bail petition in course of the day. Permission is allowed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Teghra P.S. Case No.355 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners along with other accused persons made demand of Rs.5 lacs as Rangdari from the informant while he was cultivating the land of his landlady by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7261 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 tractor and also forcibly cultivated the land of the landlady by his own tractor. In this manner from the written report itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against both the petitioners. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.355 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
