The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39285 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Bhagalpur. The petitioner was to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order i.e., 01.02.2016 but due to some unavoidable reason, he could not surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time so that the petitioner may surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13321 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 I find no merit in the present modification application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
